I loved staying at this hotel with its stunning view of the majestic volcano. The newly renovated rooms were comfortable and modern, with wooden floors and flat-screen TVs. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even offering us a stay at a nearby hotel when there were water issues. The breakfast provided was basic but delicious. The lobby had a pleasant atmosphere, although it may not be as luxurious as some other hotels. I would definitely consider returning, especially for the grand opening of the new casino.
There were some noise issues from the bars located below the hotel and the thin windows, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

Mercado artesanal is few steps away, restaurant is GOOD. Excellent for visiting plaza foch. Laguna Santa fe is close to the hotel. We would definitely recommend this property without hesitation and cant wait to come back.

Great Deal! It was a steal being able to stay in a modest hotel at a low cost and with amazing amenities. I loved the proximity to the main avenue, restaurants and attractions. the view of the city lights at night was breathtaking! the complimentary breakfast was also a pleasant surprise; homemade preserves and freshly cooked eggs couldn't have been better. the staff was also friendly and helpful.
But, I must say the room had a dingy carpet and rusted bathroom fixtures. the bedding was clean, but there were a few holes and stains.

Nestled near the stunning Cotopaxi volcano, this hotel provides breathtaking views of the natural beauty that surrounds it. the renovated rooms offer modern amenities such as wooden floors, flat-screen TVs, and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. the staff goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service, offering to accommodate guests in a nearby hotel during renovations and even extending invitations for future visits. the delicious breakfast, with its variety of options, is the perfect way to start the day. Guests can also enjoy the inviting lobby and the panoramic restaurant.
One aspect to consider is the city noise on weekends, which can be disruptive to a peaceful night's sleep.

We recently returned from a city break to a hotel in Quito. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is well-located, with lots of nearby restaurants and bars. One of the best things about the hotel was the beautiful bouquets of fresh flowers in the lobby, which added a nice touch. the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel had some negative aspects. We were disappointed that there was no hot water for one day during our stay.

What a weekend! It was a great value for money! The hotel had complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi, which were super handy. The location was perfect for us to explore the city and get a taste of the local culture. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The room was a little outdated and could have used some freshening up. Also, the street noise could be heard throughout the night which made it difficult to sleep.
